Daily lubrication requirements

Every day, apply molybdenum disulfide extreme-pressure multipurpose grease to the following lubrication points:

• Slewing bearing
• Boom slide blocks
• Pins

When the boom is extended, grease must also be applied to the telescopic boom sections.

Every 100 working hours

• Replace the engine oil with SI 10W-30 engine oil.
• Check the gearbox gear oil and replenish CKC220 gear oil as required.

Every 20 days

Conduct a routine inspection and maintenance check of the turntable and boom.
