Yes. Onchtech provides technical training for bulk-purchase customers and authorized dealers. Depending on your requirements, your mechanics can receive hands-on training at our factory in China or on-site guidance in your country.
You may send your technical team to the Onchtech factory in China. Our R&D engineers will provide free, hands-on training covering equipment disassembly and maintenance.
Alternatively, Onchtech can arrange for experienced after-sales engineers to visit your country and provide on-site delivery training and technical guidance. In this case, the customer is responsible for the engineers’ travel, accommodation, and meal expenses.
